The honest version
Landbot is a strong visual flow-builder, especially for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger campaigns. If your use case is a designed, branching bot across chat channels, its builder is genuinely good.
The design assumption is the difference. Landbot is built flow-first: you draw the conversation, and the "AI chats" are a metered layer on top with their own small allowance. Eteon is built the other way round — the AI reads your site and holds the conversation, and there is no flowchart to maintain.
On volume, the two AI meters are the thing to compare: Landbot’s AI-chat allowance is a few hundred per month before per-chat overage, where Eteon’s allowance is measured in tens of thousands of messages with no separate AI charge.
