For comparison, and taken from their own pricing pages on 13 August 2026: Chatbase Pro is $400 a month for 15,000 message credits — $0.027 per credit; Tidio Starter is $24.17 for 100 billable conversations — $0.24 per conversation; Intercom charges from $0.99 for every conversation its AI resolves, on top of $29–132 per seat. Eteon Starter works out to $0.0069 per message. The units are not the same — a credit, a conversation and a resolution are each different from a message — so they are printed each in its own unit rather than forced into a single ratio. Frequently asked questions
Is there a per-seat or per-resolution charge?
No. The plan price is the price. Adding a colleague does not cost more, and a conversation the AI handles end to end does not cost more than one it does not. This is the main structural difference from Intercom and Gorgias, which charge per seat and per resolution respectively.
What counts as a message?
One message from a visitor and the reply to it. Your own testing in the dashboard is not counted against the allowance.
What happens if I go over the monthly allowance?
We email you at 80% of the month’s messages and again at 100%, so there is time to move up a plan, and we never auto-charge an overage. At 100% the assistant stops taking new questions until the next cycle or an upgrade, and visitors are pointed to your contact details instead of being shown an error about your account.
Do I pay anything to start?
No. You set up autopay when you sign up and it is authorised at ₹0 — your bank may run a small verification, and nothing else is charged for 30 days. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing; otherwise the first monthly charge lands then.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down. Every plan is billed monthly, so a change takes effect from the next monthly charge and nothing is locked in for a year.
Why is this so much cheaper than the alternatives?
Two reasons. Per-seat and per-resolution meters were designed for human support teams and price AI as if it were a salary. And we rebuilt the prompt around what actually gets billed per turn, which cut the cost of a conversation by roughly six times — that saving is in the price rather than the margin.
