Chatbot pricing pages have a habit of ending in "contact us", and the ones that do publish a number often publish a dollar number that becomes something else after conversion and tax. Neither is useful when you are trying to work out whether this fits a small business budget.
So: ₹1,999 a month for 10,000 messages. Billed monthly, with no annual rate to compare it against. Set in rupees, not converted.
What the entry plan includes
10,000 messages a month, a crawl of up to 100 pages that stays in sync as the site changes, agent handover for up to five agents, custom branding and theme, Shopify and order-status lookup, and full transcript history with search.
Not a trial tier with the useful parts removed. The order lookup and the handover are the features a support bot lives or dies on, and they are in the entry plan.
Per message, not per resolution
A message is one turn in a conversation. A resolution — the unit several competitors bill on — is a whole conversation that ended well, which sounds fairer and behaves worse: the better the bot performs, the more you are charged.
The practical difference shows up in a good month. Traffic doubles, the bot handles it, and on a per-resolution plan the invoice doubles with it. Here the invoice does not move until the allowance does.

Starter ₹1,999 for 10,000 messages and 100 crawled pages.
Pro ₹2,999 for 20,000 messages, 1,000 pages, automatic weekly re-crawling and multi-agent routing.
Enterprise ₹3,499 for 35,000 messages, unlimited pages, and unlimited bots, seats and agents.
What it does not include
No WhatsApp or phone channel. This is a bot that lives on your website. If you need a WhatsApp Business flow, this is not the product and pretending otherwise would waste a trial.
No native CRM write. Leads and transcripts are captured and searchable inside Eteon; pushing them into an external CRM is not something it does today.
Frequently asked questions
Is GST included in that price?
₹1,999 is the plan price. Tax is applied per the invoice at checkout — the plan price is not quoted tax-inclusive.
Is there a cheaper plan than Starter?
No. Starter is the entry plan at ₹1,999 a month, and the 30-day trial is how you find out whether it earns that before paying for it.
Do I pay per agent seat?
No. Starter includes handover for up to five agents at no extra cost per person, and Enterprise removes the seat limit entirely. There is no per-seat line on the invoice.
Is there a free trial?
30 days, no card required to build one. You can point it at your own site, talk to the bot it produces, and decide from that rather than from a pricing table.
Can I remove the Eteon badge from the widget?
On Starter and during the trial, no — the widget carries a small "Powered by Eteon" line, and clicking it opens our site. That link is part of what the entry plan costs. From Pro upwards there is no badge at all: nothing in the widget names us, and there is no setting to find because there is nothing to turn off.
